My experience spans treasury and asset liability management at Intesa Sanpaolo and M&A advisory at Epyon Vivida. These roles taught me to look at a business from both the inside of a balance sheet and the outside of a transaction.

I am drawn to questions where numbers need context: valuation assumptions, funding choices, risk indicators and the market evidence that can support or overturn a thesis.
